David Carson has been a Pastor for over 30 years both in the UK and Vancouver, having previously had a career as a chemist in the UK. He is a Canadian with family roots in Saint John, New Brunswick. Dave and his wife Beth have been married for 43 years, and have one son Tom.
Fifteen years ago the Lord called Dave to be an intercessor with a burden for Vancouver and Canada. He believes that God answers prayer and has been involved in many city wide prayer events including five years as the organizer for the March For Jesus. As the Director of Intercessors For Canada he contributes to the national prayer movement.
He is active in Centre Church Metrotown, the Vancouver Pastors’ Prayer Fellowship and is the President of Hope- Vancouver. David tends to bring pioneer vision and energy to a project and in 2010 chaired the prayer working group for the Winter Olympics in Vancouver. David has made frequent visits to Mexico both for the Marcha De Gloria and to build a bridge between Christians in both nations.
